Thirsty work: Miranda Kerr arriving at Sydney Airport today with son Flynn, who was feeding himself milk from a bottle

He was introduced to the world on Twitter, breastfeeding from his mother in a touching maternal scene.
But theses day, it seems Miranda Kerr's son Flynn is becoming quite the independent little man.
The 17-month-old tot was pictured today feeding himself, hands clasped around a bottle of milk, as he was carried by his 29-year-old mother through Sydney Airport.
The Victoria's Secret model looked stylish in a beige jumper and skinny jeans, teaming her look with shades and a slick of red lipstick.
Flynn looked as cute as ever in striped trousers and jumper with a cap.
Miranda has been an advocated of breastfeeding since she and husband Orlando Bloom welcomed Flynn into the world in January last year.
She posted several shots of herself breastfeeding Flynn when he was younger, including one behind-the-scenes of a fashion shoot she was doing.

According to mothers' forum kidshealth.org, babies need breast or formula milk until they are one year old - after which point they can start drinking whole cow's milk.
Meanwhile, Miranda opened up in a recent interview with Vogue.co.uk, revealing her most 'special' career moment was taking to the catwalk when she was pregnant.
The Australian model enjoyed the Balenciaga show at Paris fashion week in September 2010 because she feels that she and her son Flynn - born four months later - did the job 'together'.
She said: 'I was pregnant at the time, so my son Flynn and I walked the catwalk together. He was in my belly, so it made it really special.'

Miranda has taken a step back from modelling since giving birth, and although she stars in Bally's spring/summer 2012 campaign, she is trying to keep a healthy balance between working and being a mother.
She added to Vogue.co.uk: 'At the moment I'm trying to do 60/40 - I spend most of my time at home being a mother and only work on jobs that I really love and with brands that I really want to work with.

'I've cut back quite a bit because especially the travelling can be too much and my son is obviously my number one priority.
'It's working out well at the moment because I'm doing fun jobs here and there and getting to spend lots of time with my boys.'
